1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using luck.fyi (the “site”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

By using the site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (see Section 5) and able to form a legally binding contract. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it. We may update these terms as described in Section 19.

2. Definitions

To keep things clear, a few terms are used throughout:

• “Site” — the website at luck.fyi and all of its pages, tools, and features.
• “We”, “us”, “our”, “Luck.fyi” — the operator of the site (see Section 3).
• “You” — any person who accesses or uses the site.
• “Tools” — the lottery number generators, odds and statistics tools, results, crypto utilities (including any BIP39 seed-phrase, key, or address generators), market-data widgets, and related features.
• “Content” — all text, graphics, data, code, and other material on the site.
• “Membership” — any optional account, VIP, or Community tier we may offer.
• “Luck Points” — the in-site engagement feature described in Section 6.
• “Crowdfund” — the founders crowdfund / “super app” campaign described in Section 8.

3. Who we are

Luck.fyi (“Luck.fyi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website at luck.fyi, which provides free lottery number generators, lottery odds and statistics, lottery results, live cryptocurrency market data and tools, and related content and features.

4. Entertainment & information only — not advice

Our generators, odds, statistics, results, and cryptocurrency data are provided for entertainment and general information only. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax, accounting, gambling, or legal advice, and you should not rely on it as such or as a substitute for professional advice.

Lotteries are games of pure chance. Every valid combination has exactly the same probability of being drawn, and no tool, pattern, “hot/cold” analysis, or generator on this site changes your odds of winning. We are not a lottery operator, we do not sell or facilitate the purchase of lottery tickets, and we do not run any lottery, raffle, or game of chance for money.

Cryptocurrency market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, and it is not a price prediction. Always do your own research and consider taking professional advice before making any financial decision.

5. Eligibility & responsible play

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the site. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the site — and of any real-world lottery or crypto-asset — is lawful in your country, state, or region. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit lotteries, online gambling, or certain crypto activities; where that is the case, it is your responsibility to comply, and you must not use the site in any way that is unlawful where you are.

If you choose to play any real-world lottery, please do so responsibly and only spend what you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, support is available from BeGambleAware, GamCare, or your local helpline.

6. Accounts, membership & Luck Points

We may offer optional member accounts, a VIP / Community membership, and an in-site rewards feature called Luck Points. Where an account or membership is offered, you agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. Any pricing, billing, and additional terms will be shown to you at sign-up before you commit.

Luck Points (where available) are an in-site engagement feature with no cash value. They are not money, not a currency, not a crypto-asset, not a security, and not redeemable for cash, and we may change, expire, reset, or discontinue them, or the whole feature, at any time. Some features — such as the SHA-256 provably-fair generators — may be limited to members.

7. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or use the site for unlawful gambling or unlawful financial activity where it is prohibited;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
• scrape, harvest, data-mine, or use bots or other automated systems to access the site in a way that burdens, disrupts, or degrades it;
• attempt to probe, scan, hack, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site, its security, its hosting, or its provably-fair mechanisms;
• introduce malware, or circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access control or usage limit;
• represent any generated output as a guaranteed, predicted, or “winning” result, or use the site to mislead others;
• impersonate us or any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation with us; or
• copy, resell, sublicense, or repackage the tools or content as your own, or for any commercial purpose, without our written permission.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or restrict access as described in Section 18.

8. The founders crowdfund

Any “founders crowdfund”, “super app” teaser, or similar campaign on the site is a creative crowdfunding project to help fund what we are building next. It is not an investment, not a securities or token offering, and not a collective investment scheme.

We do not promise or imply any profit, financial return, interest, dividend, token, coin, equity, ownership stake, or revenue share, and you should not contribute in the expectation of any financial return. Any future backer rewards are non-financial perks only (for example, recognition or early access). No pledges or payments are being accepted at this time. If and when contributions open, separate campaign terms will apply and will be presented to you before you contribute.

⚖️ Raising funds from the public in connection with crypto or financial products is heavily regulated — for example, under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s financial-promotion rules, and equivalent rules elsewhere. We will obtain qualified legal advice before accepting any funds, and this section will be updated accordingly.

9. Crypto tools, wallets & seed phrases

Our cryptocurrency tools — including any BIP39 seed-phrase, private-key, or address generators — run entirely in your browser (client-side). We do not receive, store, transmit, custody, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet contents, and we cannot recover them for you if they are lost.

Cryptocurrency is volatile and high-risk, and the regulatory and tax treatment of crypto-assets varies by country and can change. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; a lost key or seed phrase means permanently lost funds; and a mistyped address or a scam can mean total loss. You are solely responsible for securely generating, recording, storing, and using your keys, for verifying every address and transaction, for any applicable taxes, and for complying with the laws that apply to you. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any crypto-asset, and we are not a broker, exchange, custodian, wallet provider, or financial adviser.

Never share a seed phrase or private key with anyone. No legitimate service, “support agent”, or giveaway will ever ask for it — any such request is a scam.

10. Randomness & “provably fair” generators

Our generators use your device’s cryptographically-secure random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues), and our optional SHA-256 “entropy” mode lets you add your own input to the seed. These methods improve the quality of the randomness; they do not change the odds of any real-world draw, and they do not predict or influence any official result.

Any SHA-256 hashes, “receipts”, or Luck Points records are tamper-evident convenience records generated and stored on your own device. They are not independently verified by us, are not a guarantee of any outcome, and may be lost if you clear your browser storage.

11. Beta & experimental features

Some parts of the site are new, in beta, or experimental, and may be incomplete, change, behave unexpectedly, or be withdrawn at any time. They are provided on an “as is” basis for you to try at your own discretion, and should not be relied upon.

12. Intellectual property

The site and its design, text, graphics, logos, and code are owned by Luck.fyi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the site and tools for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, frame, or create derivative works from substantial parts of the site without our prior written permission.

Lottery names, cryptocurrency project names, and other third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any of them.

13. Your feedback & submissions

If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, or other submissions about the site, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose without any obligation, attribution, or compensation to you. Please don’t send us anything you consider confidential or proprietary, and don’t send anything you don’t have the right to share.

14. Third-party links & services

The site links to and relies on third-party services (for example, analytics providers, cryptocurrency market-data APIs, blockchain nodes, our merchandise shop, email/newsletter tools, and social platforms). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review.

15. Disclaimers

The site, the tools, and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that odds, statistics, results, or market data are accurate, complete, current, or reliable. You use the site entirely at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luck.fyi and its operators, owners, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, savings, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the site, the tools, the crypto utilities, the crowdfund, or any reliance on the content — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the site will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) GBP 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luck.fyi and its operators, owners, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or third-party right.

18. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the site or any feature — in whole or in part, with or without notice — if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, if it is necessary to protect the site, other users, or third parties, or to comply with the law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 8–9 and 12–21) will continue to apply.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the site, our practices, or the law. The “last updated” date at the top shows the most recent revision, and significant changes may be highlighted on the site. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the site.

20. Governing law & disputes

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived.

Confirm this jurisdiction matches your registered entity and main user base, and have a lawyer review it, before launch.

21. General terms

• Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site, and supersede any prior understandings.
• Severability. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in full force, and the invalid provision will be applied as closely as possible to its original intent.
• No waiver. If we don’t enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours (for example, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).
• Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example, outages, network or API failures, or acts of nature).
• No partnership. Nothing in these terms creates any partnership, agency, employment, or joint-venture relationship between you and us.
• Notices. We may give notice through the site or by email; you can reach us at the address in Section 22.
• Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
