1. Who we are

Luck.fyi ("Luck.fyi", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at luck.fyi, which provides free lottery number generators, lottery odds and statistics, lottery results, live cryptocurrency market data, and related content and features. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our site, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

If you contact us (for example by email), we receive your email address and the contents of your message. If we introduce optional member accounts or a newsletter, we will collect only the information needed to provide them (such as a display name or email address) and this policy will be updated accordingly.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Like most websites, when you visit we and our analytics providers automatically receive certain technical information, which may include your IP address (often truncated/anonymised), device and browser type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, approximate location (country/region), and how you interact with the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 4.

2.3 Information stored locally on your device

Some features (such as remembering your generator preferences, or VIP "Luck Points", streaks and saved lines) store data in your browser's local storage on your own device. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us, unless and until you choose to use a server-backed account feature.

3. What we don't collect

• Your generated numbers. Our generators run entirely client-side. The numbers you create are produced in your browser and are never sent to or stored by us.
• Payment details. Purchases in our shop are handled by our third-party store provider (Fourthwall). We never see or store your card details.
• Sensitive/special-category data. We do not seek or knowingly collect data such as health, biometric, or financial-account information.
• Data from children. See Section 12.

4. Cookies & tracking technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use the following broad categories:

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and where required we will ask for your consent (for example via a cookie banner) before setting non-essential cookies. 6. Legal bases for processing (GDPR/UK GDPR)

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for analytics and advertising cookies, where required); our legitimate interests (in running, securing and improving the site, balanced against your rights); performance of a contract (if you use accounts or make a purchase); and compliance with a legal obligation. You can withdraw consent at any time.

7. Sharing & third-party services

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only with service providers that help us run the site, including:

• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads) — analytics and advertising measurement;
• Ahrefs — privacy-focused web analytics;
• Fourthwall — operates our shop and processes any purchases;
• Cryptocurrency data providers (e.g. CoinGecko) — supply market data; these requests do not include your personal information;
• Hosting/CDN and, if enabled, authentication providers (e.g. for future accounts).

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

8. International data transfers

Some of our providers are based in the United States or other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside your region (such as the EEA or UK), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by those providers.

9. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Analytics data is retained according to our providers' settings (for example, Google Analytics retention periods). Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Data stored locally on your device remains until you clear it.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate data;
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
• Restrict or object to certain processing;
• Port your data to another service;
• Withdraw consent at any time;

If you are in California, you also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" — note that we do not sell personal information. 11. Opting out of advertising & analytics

• Manage Google ad personalisation at My Ad Center;
• Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on;
• Use your browser's cookie controls or "Do Not Track"/Global Privacy Control signals where supported;
• Opt out of interest-based ads via the DAA or Your Online Choices (EU).

12. Children's privacy

Luck.fyi concerns lottery-related content and is intended strictly for adults aged 18 or over (or the legal age where you live). We do not direct the site to children and do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Security

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party websites and services (for example official lottery operators, data sources, and our shop). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their policies.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
